The West Woodland house is located at 5618 4th Ave NW on the downhill side of Phinney Ridge heading into Ballard. The house is right across the street from West Woodland Elementary which means lots of parking in the summer/weekends, a big field to play on when the kids aren’t there and a lot of energy during the school year. It is currently ranked as the best elementary school in North Seattle.

The house is close to the 44 bus line going to UW and the 28 going downtown. It’s close to 99 for getting through Seattle the back way and a walk to Ballard or up the hill to Phinney Ridge and the Woodland Park Zoo. It’s an ideal location for working downtown, South Lake Union, Fremont, Ballard or in the University District. We even have our own Facebook Group page as well as a great following on Nextdoor.com as West Woodland.

We are also located close to some great neighborhood restaurants and bars including Veraci Pizza (yum!), Brimmer & Healtap and all of the great businesses on 65th street like  Bambino Coffee, 418 Public House (great Mexican food), Molly McGuires and Farm to Table.
