Rental Rate & Ammenities
- We’ll be showing the house by appointment only due to Covid-19
- Rent is $2,750 per month > First month, last month and $500 cleaning deposit due at time of lease signing
- Pets are OK with an additional $500 pet deposit to cover any damage that needs to be repaired/cleaned.
- No smokers
- Fire wood will be provided by landlord
- Utility costs range:
- Bi-monthly garbage/water/sewage ~$180 (avg $90 per month) using about 60 gallons/day
- Electricity ranges from $60/month in the summer (no electric heat required) up to $200/month during the winter depending on how much wood heat is used.
In order to apply to rent this house, we require the following:
- A fully completed application through the Rental House Association > click here to download PDF of application
- $45 payment of an application fee to process application and background check
- Government issued ID – Drivers License, etc.
- Proof of adequate income to cover monthly rent which could include any of the following:
- most recent paystub check
- tax return copies for self-employed
- any other proof of income
- Credit check through national credit bureaus (as part of application)
- Rental history check
- Good references from prior landlords
- No prior eviction notices on record
- Criminal record check
- History of criminal activity (arrests and / or convictions by any occupant, adult or minor) which could negatively affect tenancy
- This house is across the street from one of the best elementary schools in the Seattle School District
- Note – the landlords (The Fasser’s) live next door
Application Process:
- Completely fill-out and sign the application
- Write a check for $45 to Michelle Fasser
- Deliver the check and completed application to 5614 4th Ave NW – drop into the red mail box at street level
